I was eager to try out GLOBACT's offerings since I hoped they would enhance my driving experience and simplify my daily routine. However, I was dissatisfied with their products and service as a whole. I had a lot of trouble using the GLOBACT smart car adaptor I bought because of connectivity problems. I found myself upset and losing time because the app frequently lost connection with the adapter. I had a bad experience with GLOBACT's customer support because of the lengthy wait periods and inadequate responses I received. I got the impression that making a sale was more important to them than genuinely resolving my issues. Overall, my interactions with GLOBACT were less than satisfying. They have a lot of things that look good on paper, but the quality and dependability of those products and their customer service leave a lot to be desired.
