Hacked to handle negatives that were too big for mounts - see photo

Wolverine Titan 8-in-1 20MP High Resolution Film to Digital Converter is just what I need to convert images to digital format to convert Wolverine Titan 8-in-1 20MP 4.3" HD Film to Digital Converter with HDMI Output, 110V/240V AC Adapter and 32GB SD Card (Kit) i understand how handy it would be to have all my old photos on a digital hard drive Driving when my small town was devastated by Hurricane Harvey Forced to flee before a natural disaster strikes, reconsider what is truly valuable to you i Purchased this item from Revain on July 15th, 2017. just over a month before the hurricane, I ran into a small issue where some of the negatives were too big to fit in the negative holders, but I was able to find a solution hack for this problem which you can see in the photos that come with How to process the "NEGATS THAT WERE TOO BIG", I cut out 2 long pieces of cardboard paper the width of the negatives and then used a very narrow piece of tape, to attach it to each end. I fed a piece of cardboard through the opening in Wolverine's negative reader and let the negative rest/lay on the piece of glass inside the reader. Then I just processed the oversized negatives like the standard negatives. It worked great. I had a couple of negatives that were very large rectangles but their narrowest side went through the hole in the Wolverine reader so I could process them using the same technique. With them I had to adjust the position of the negative on the glass in the machine and decide which part of the image I wanted to keep as it was impossible to process the entire negative, part of which was still outside the machine. The quality of the digital photos taken with this device are not as good as the originals, but I'm ok with that as I cherish memories.
