I understand what people are saying about the "plastic" nature of the brushless drill. I will say the plastic feels strong and judging by the weight of this beast the Dewalt engineers may have been trying to save weight rather than parts. The shroud protecting the user from the spinning reel is a nice safety feature. I like the fact that the user has to slide the cable forward; it seems to cut the cable twisting in knots. I quickly unclogged a shower drain that had been incredibly slow for years, in about 30-60 seconds. The tool costs about the same as calling a plumber to our rural farm, and now I can save money for the future when our daughter's shower drain inevitably gets clogged with her long hair.
