Hardware failure after 5 days
Days 1-3: Worked as expected. Day 4: The keyboard was showing strange symptoms - sluggishness, lags, intermittent controls, etc. Day 5: UEFI/BIOS beeped loudly at boot, indicating that the main HID devices (keyboard, mouse) were missing. When the GDM (Ubuntu) login screen came up, the keyboard and mouse were unresponsive.
