Review on Reed & Mackay by Corey Burgess

I've used their services many times over several years, each time with fantastic results - whether it was booking flights or hotels they were always extremely responsive to my needs. They also had excellent follow up when things didn't go as planned (e g flight cancelled). Not much but would welcome more feedback about how good of service you get from them in terms of staff training/ support etc so we know what's needed next time! We use reed mackays primarily via our bespoke trip builder tool called Tripit. It enables us track all trips across multiple clients using one platform which makes life easier than having individual accounts at various providers.
