I like how easy it was to find everything we needed when booking our trip, even with all of my requests! The customer service team were very helpful in making sure things went smoothly during this process as well - they are always quick at replying via email or phone if you need them too!! We loved every second spent there (even though some days weren't so great!) They made planning an amazing holiday more relaxing than ever before by being able make changes without having any fuss from us…

I like how easy it was to navigate through their website, as well as booking flights with them! There are some things though which can be improved such as more detailed information about each flight they offer or just general customer service improvements in terms of resolving issues quickly (as opposed to waiting weeks/months). The fact you get personalised quotes from different providers so easily makes choosing your airline very simple too - no need anymore finding out what's best value etc…

I've used their services many times over several years, each time with fantastic results - whether it was booking flights or hotels they were always extremely responsive to my needs. They also had excellent follow up when things didn't go as planned (e g flight cancelled). Not much but would welcome more feedback about how good of service you get from them in terms of staff training/ support etc so we know what's needed next time! The level of service we receive when travelling with them as both clients or colleagues, always exceeds expectations!
