What made me choose Reed & Mackay (R & M) in the first place was their experience with corporate travel. They have worked with major organizations on numerous accounts and their attention to detail and understanding of customer requirements make for a very smooth and organized travel experience. Their services include booking of travel on behalf of the client and all aspects of that travel, from booking through post travel. There is nothing about their service which I dislike; however there is nothing that really makes them stand out either. Their attention to detail works well; I never feel that something is overlooked. There is a focus on time and cost savings which makes me comfortable. Nothing; they are excellent and we have yet to have a single complaint about our experiences with them. We use them as an intermediary between our booking agency and our corporate. Reed & Mackay manages the entire trip, from start to finish. In this manner, they act as a one stop shop for all of our requests for travel. There are no additional costs to incur The best thing about this service provider is it's customer support team who are very helpful, friendly and professional in their approach to customers. I would like more frequent updates from them regarding my account status rather than waiting for months before receiving an update. It was great working with R&M as they helped me organise my trip around the world. They were always available to answer any questions or queries which made booking our trip so much easier.
