The level of service we receive when travelling with them as both clients or colleagues, always exceeds expectations! Nothing really - they are consistently great at handling complicated situations in an intelligent manner (I'm being honest).

They are super friendly, flexible to our needs and work very hard to ensure their staff know us and understand what we require from them so there's no need for me to keep telling you how wonderful everyone who works for you has been over the years. As long as one understands the culture behind them which I'd recommend anyone considering working for them does too.
