I like how easy it was to navigate through their website, as well as booking flights with them! There are some things though which can be improved such as more detailed information about each flight they offer or just general customer service improvements in terms of resolving issues quickly (as opposed to waiting weeks/months). The fact you get personalised quotes from different providers so easily makes choosing your airline very simple too - no need anymore finding out what's best value etc when looking at several options online.
