Installation took less than two minutes. I just used a small regular screwdriver to pry off the old metal spring tabs to remove the old jack support and put in the new one. Now my bonnet doesn't fall on my head when I start the car in sub-zero temperatures! I used a block of wood to hold the hood open if you have a helper even better!
