Was looking forward to this laser beam and thought everyone would enjoy it. It could have been true, but unfortunately it didn't work. I followed the directions and tried several outlets, flipping the switch to every possible configuration and flipping the power supply both ways hoping it would somehow glow. Nothing has happened. So I can't tell if the device or the power supply was faulty, but it doesn't matter. If they send a device that doesn't work, it's a quality control error. So I sent it back the next day for a refund. I rarely send anything back. All I ask is that the seller send me a product that works.
