Good Paper, Terrible Binding

This was the first drawing tablet with markers I bought. My daughter likes to use alcohol based markers but I have found that they dry out very quickly. It turns out that you need to use special marking paper. I studied the reviews of the types of markers I bought and this one had one of the best reviews. The paper is very thin but does not show through. It appears that there is something of a wax coating on the back. On this paper you can sketch and draw with pencil and don't have to worry about the imprint on the next sheet. The paper holds pigment well and works well with brush markers. My only issue with these tablets is that the mounts suck! On first use, the mount came off completely and was not bent back, just upside down. Of course, if the binding is bad, the pages will fall out easily. If you don't mind putting each of your masterpieces in a binder after they're finished, this is good quality paper. If you want your tablet to be a portfolio, this isn't the tablet you should buy. I also bought 3 of them. One for each of us (Family home evening often has something to do with art) All three tablets fell apart.
