The ability to pull in data from multiple sources, integrate it into an easy-to-use platform that makes it easy to see how things are progressing as well as identify any potential issues. I would like to have more options to customize our interface and be able to filter by specific dates or stages of the VC process. Their customer support has been incredibly helpful. We are using them to run our Series A round. It's very easy to use - we can easily input documents and track progress with our VCs. They also provide advice on what to do next.
