Difficult to make a hole for i
included was completely useless - it barely got through Cut paper, certainly not canvas or woven handles. I knew what was going on from previous reviews. But even with the awl first to make the hole, it was very difficult to push the rivet shank through the fabric - there just wasn't enough force behind it. I finally gave up. Wasted money and time. I think I'll take my bag to a repair shop and see if they can do it.
