Review on KKTONER White PU Leather Rolling Stool - Height Adjustable Mid Back Office Swivel Task Chair with Wheels for Home, Computer, and Drafting by Original Mansel

I hate reading bad reviews and often just look at pictures but I am shocked by this chair in a bad way. When it arrived all the parts were rolling around in the box and the screws (half of them) were in unsealed packaging so they were fun in the box too - which unfortunately resulted in much of the chair's material being soiled. I tried to assemble as a joke but the chair arrived with no instructions - which would probably be fine if I also got the Allen key needed for the screws. Also, without the chair base, I decided to put the lower/raise mechanism on wheels (hoping I could ask for parts) and the lower/raise mechanism would hit the floor. So the chair wouldn't work anyway. Which wasn't a funny surprise either. I've attached a photo of it, so hopefully it makes sense. I couldn't sit in a chair, but the base cushion was very hard, as in VERY hard - if that's useful, and the parts seemed like the photo so it was technically correct in terms of looks. I'm probably one of the unlucky few to have had bad luck with this chair, but as someone who's been reading way too many chair reviews lately I thought I'd share this unfortunate experience.
