I love how simple it makes my life as a provider easier by allowing me to submit claims without having to do all of these other things manually. It also allows us to see our patient flow so we can understand what time periods are most profitable. Sometimes you have to wait for them to fix something but overall the software has been great! They don't give any updates unless there is some major issue or change they need to make. If you're looking for a good solution for submitting insurance claims this is definitely worth checking out. We use it at work to help get paid faster which helps us keep up with deadlines quicker.
