I love how simple it makes my life as a provider easier by allowing me to submit claims without having to do all of these other things manually. It also allows us to see our patient flow so we can understand what time periods are most profitable. Sometimes you have to wait for them to fix something but overall the software has been great! Ease to use as well as having all our patient data easily accessible through multiple platforms including mobile devices. The software also has a great interface allowing us to view notes via text or email without needing to physically access hard copies. I'm not sure if it was because our practice wasn't really organized yet or what but this software helped immensely! It showed us exactly where we needed to improve so that our collections were higher with the same amount of bills sent out.
