Ease to use as well as having all our patient data easily accessible through multiple platforms including mobile devices. The software also has a great interface allowing us to view notes via text or email without needing to physically access hard copies. It allows many different providers to have access to patient data which makes it easier to keep up to date with patients appointments/appts etc. Not much at all really! Just make sure you know how to navigate around the app and get used to using certain features because there are quite a few things to learn about this one. We've been able to streamline processes and provide more efficient service to our clients by creating various tools within the platform such as electronic health records, appointment scheduling and reminders, insurance verification.
