Air Jack Rear Air Spring Kit

The whole job took about 4 hours. because drilling the frame required me to detach and reposition the fuel line and wire harness that runs inside before drilling the holes. I used to be a Toyota mechanic so I find the installation easy if you have mechanical skills. After completing the installation, I can do another one in about 2 hours. I am very happy with the product, it works exactly as I hoped. This allows me to maintain a flat ride height versus 4 inches of sag. Airbags do not have resistance like steel springs. So, as your shocks wear out, you will notice more rebound. When changing shock absorbers, be careful not to use Heavy Duty. Shock absorbers if you don't want a very hard ride I removed the worn out factory shock absorbers and replaced them with Bilstein HD (since HD is all they do for my car) only to end up driving an HD truck via a cushioned passenger van ride that I had before. handles much better and is very stable because the suspension is stiff, but the downsides are that a firm ride on rough roads isn't as comfortable. I would buy this product again but use softer or factory shocks as I know how cushions work before replacing the bumps I can say without a doubt the bumps made the car rougher. 1 year later airbag upgrade. They work great. ideal for those carrying extra weight. After you depressurize the car, just deflate, about 10psi per 100 pounds. Load cargo into the vehicle to keep it level. I asked Bilstien to reverse the front shock absorbers and the car runs great. The HD rear shocks don't seem to affect the ride, but the HD front shocks are killer. Now with honey. I ride on shock absorbers in front, the sensations are excellent. In the end very happy with Bilstien's customer service.
