Standard rags but note that the color will run
Good shop shop rags but the rags will wash out their color if they get wet. Used to clean my bike and they ended up leaving green streaks on my white paint. I was able to remove the streaks immediately with another rag, but I'm sure it will get dirty if left alone. Still a bit disappointed. So I would recommend putting the rags in the washing machine before use if that bothers you. Otherwise it's just a normal shop rag.
