This product Cuisinart DCG-20BK Coffee Bar Coffee Grinder, Black IS FINISHED OUT BY MANUFACTURER, it would probably be great if I just wanted to grind spices. As a coffee grinder it only works if you need to grind enough for a 4 cup coffee maker. (The descriptor saying 12 cups is misleading.) Also, you can't overfill it with beans - if you do, it won't grind at all. And the little motor gets pretty hot, which adds to my frustration at not just buying millstones. My Cuisinart coffee maker? Now that's a five star badass; this little meat grinder, not so much. BUT, reading the description more closely, there is little evidence that this could be a small grinder.
