(power supply) died after a few months (but box works fine)
Worked great for a few months but unfortunately it didn't work for me. I used it on Xbox One to connect to my racing sim and TV and eventually it just lost the ability to display 1080, still seems to work at lower resolutions but I'm not taking any chances anyway. After getting a new splitter and realizing it had some quirks I couldn't handle, I tried using the device again with a new power supply and lo and behold, it's working again! So if you buy this splitter, buy a new power supply for it and you'll be golden!
