Disappointed. badly packed; The product is not properly protected and the corner of the emblem is bent. As stated, there is no protective film on the painted side. Some scratches are visible in certain lighting conditions. I have to believe I was sent back an item that was already sold or the one I received was just poorly made. Not so well finished; overpriced for what you get. Worth about half the price. The installation instructions are a joke. To do this properly you need to remove the hood. It's absurd to say you can install it without removing the hood panel, but you have to lean towards the fender and hold it in place for up to 15 minutes. If you are going to remove the hood trim, be prepared for extra hood trim thumbtacks and a tool to properly remove the old ones without tearing the trim.
