Quality control issues - Comfortable but careful

Came with a significant hole in one of the pillowcases. That's quality control for you. Call Revain Customer Service now to resolve this issue. I don't want to send it back because I like it very much. And we all know how annoying it is to put on a duvet cover. Super soft and cuddly. Has some weight, like a weighted blanket. I really like the zipper. The duvet cover was originally super static out of the box. I threw it in the dryer with several dryers and it helped. But I realized the lint trap was full of this faux fur after I was there for about 15 minutes. Until I fix this issue I'll keep 2 stars as a warning to the quality control folks.
