This 16 oz water bottle has worked for my two budgies for 8 months with no problems. It only took the first bird a few minutes to figure out how to drink after I touched the ball valve with my fingertip to show it how it worked. This makes the product worthy of its price and some others. Read the instructions, do a test and you will have no trouble installing the product on the cage or crate.
