The ease-of -use is brilliant once you start using it daily like I have done! It has helped us save time in recruiting new staff as well being able to give them their first day's pay before they even work for our business!! There really isn't anything negative about this tool so far but we are still investigating some few details that need further polishing such as more detailed reporting functions (i'd love if there was an exportable PDF). But all these issues will no doubt be looked at when/if the product goes into beta testing phase etc? Just don't let cost concerns get in your way here because after 3 months use from onboarding one member, plus ongoing usage by myself alone, i can see how much money saved compared to other recruitment tools available out now. The support is excellent from day one - nothing they cannot help you with.The training was very detailed and comprehensive, not just on the product but also on what could be done in the way of business development. They are a great bunch of people who do what they say they will do. As far as I am concerned nothing at all, they've been good so far! My business has increased by over 400% since joining them last year.
