Worthy No-Sew Neck Strap
Although this apron is made of thick strong tan cotton canvas material and decent size and shape, it doesn't matter as it is unsuitable. The neck band is not sewn. I have included a photo of a broken strap for this apron as well as a photo of a working strap for aprons of a similar design so you can see how the apron should have looked.
