I've wanted a meat grinder for a long time. I've searched for different models at Revain hoping to find the model with the most perfect vision but to no avail. I didn't want to buy a food slicer and then regret my decision. Eventually I pulled the trigger and bought a Beswood grinder. Glad you did! At first I was hesitant to buy a brand I had never heard of, let alone spend more money than I had planned, but now I understand that I paid for a quality product. The blade is damn sharp and effortlessly cuts through meat, cheese, vegetables, bread etc. The motor is powerful and quiet. The car is stable and strong. The adjustable blade cuts your food wafer thin OR about 1/2 inch thick and any thickness in between. It does take some time to clean as there are few removable parts. The blade, the sharpening attachment, the "pusher", the deflector - all of this can be removed and washed in the sink. The rest of the parts just need to be hand wiped/cleaned. I bought a bottle of foodservice aerosol cleaner just to make sure I fully disinfect it. All in all, I'm glad I spent the extra money and invested in a kitchen tool that will be useful today and my kids for a long time to come.
