Perfect fit for electric slicers

I bought this after buying and returning a different brand slicer that I also bought from Revain. I returned another food slicer due to cosmetic and functional defects. This Beswood slicer was cosmetically perfect. 9 inches is the perfect size. Works fine out of the box. The kit included a cleaning brush and food-grade lubricant. Good.

Food slicer at a good price

I like this food slicer. I've always wished I could make paper thin cuts of meat at home instead of doing it at a grocery store deli. This product delivers! It's perfect for those leftover roasts you don't know what to do with. Thin pieces are great for sandwiches or meat dishes like chef's salads. The price may seem high, but you're getting a commercial performance machine for the price of a home. Cleaning is a bit of a hassle, but that applies to all devices of this type.

Everything we hoped for

We decided to upgrade our old Waring 7 1/2" blade grinder and after looking at several brands we decided to go with it. It was the best Price for this type of grinder. What we liked is that the blade is coated and the slicer is powerful.Today we tried it on a boneless 6lb roast rib.We slice it for cheese steaks.Slicer has excellent Job done and job done with ease. This is a heavy machine and I'm glad my husband was able to move it in and out of the cupboard. This is the machine to get if you want…

Some quality issues.

I bought this slicer for home use, mainly for slicing meat for jerky or sandwiches and vegetables. This is how the slicer works great. I get even slices of partially frozen meat and can cut vegetables into thin slices. It's a bit fiddly to clean, but I think it's an issue with slicers in general. I gave this 4 stars due to a quality issue that I noticed while cleaning. First, the handles on the sliding table and blade sheath were incredibly strong. I was afraid of breaking something trying to…

BESWOOD 9 " Premium - I LOVE it!

received and used for the first time 06/03/20. on the slicer) - slide movement, "holding" the meat, PERIOD! All the This slicer's "slicing" functions work as advertised if not better, and did I mention how quiet this thing is? I have had electric razors which are noisier than the designer/engineer of this product unlike many other devices I own/have requires a thorough cleaning, this one actually seems to have used some thought for the end user. The only minor downside I would say is removing…

Cutting assistance off the knife

I've just used this bacon cutter for the first time. It cuts well and is not that difficult to clean. I would recommend it for larger jobs as you may spend more time tidying up than smaller jobs. The meat has plenty of room to warp and not make good slices. I am very disappointed that this will happen to a big brand at this price point. I plan to attach a piece of aluminum sheet to the surface of the moving tray to better support the meat for clean cuts. It sucks that I have to fix the product…

I have to invest if I want to have Bes (tree)!

I've wanted a meat grinder for a long time. I've searched for different models at Revain hoping to find the model with the most perfect vision but to no avail. I didn't want to buy a food slicer and then regret my decision. Eventually I pulled the trigger and bought a Beswood grinder. Glad you did! At first I was hesitant to buy a brand I had never heard of, let alone spend more money than I had planned, but now I understand that I paid for a quality product. The blade is damn sharp and…

If I loved him more, I should have married him!

This is the slicer I was looking for! Despite being half the size of a real restaurant or industrial appliance, it is by far a much better and more durable alternative to most "household class" appliances available. It is precise and easy to cut and runs silently. It even has a built in sharpener that's easy to use and keeps the blade at peak performance. I'm the type who wants roast beef, corned beef, pork, and cured sausage thin, thin, thin for sandwiches. There's nothing worse than biting…
