I've just used this bacon cutter for the first time. It cuts well and is not that difficult to clean. I would recommend it for larger jobs as you may spend more time tidying up than smaller jobs. The meat has plenty of room to warp and not make good slices. I am very disappointed that this will happen to a big brand at this price point. I plan to attach a piece of aluminum sheet to the surface of the moving tray to better support the meat for clean cuts. It sucks that I have to fix the product to make it work like it should from the factory. It would be easy to get it working properly beforehand. I would be fine with such issues if I bought the port cargo version, but I paid so much to avoid these issues. Please consider this issue when purchasing this product. After all, I could do almost the same thing with a knife and save time cleaning up.
