I haven't had any problems with this device since I installed it; The current uptime is over 4 days. Before adding it to my network, I updated the firmware to make sure everything was up to date; The upgrade process was simple and straightforward. I have a WAP setup with four different SSIDs bound to different VLANs on the network, allowing me to separate my IoT devices from the rest of my devices. Also, I have a dedicated VLAN/SSID for my kids' devices that I can use to control when they can connect to the internet. greatly simplifies grounding. I replaced the Unifi device with this device because I wanted to get out of the Ubiquiti ecosystem and into something more robust. So far, this device meets all requirements. I connected it to my network using a Netgear managed Nbase-T POE switch with a 2.5Gbps connection, so there is no bottleneck between the WAP and my router.
