Last update: I have changed my rating from one star to four stars because since my initial problems the company has replaced the first cable with a new one that works . Now that I've got the damn thing, I'm pretty happy with it. My first attempts at customer service were unsuccessful, but after waiting a week or two my second attempt at customer service seemed to just go about fixing the situation. I don't know what the difference is but I appreciate it. First update: I couldn't get this cable to work at all. I bought it to connect my Galaxy Note 8 to my TV. I don't know what I'm missing but I was expecting to be able to just plug and play, but I've tried everything I know and searched all the information available and it's very, very little I can find no manufacturer contact information. I hate leaving negative feedback. First update: After the first email contact with the company, I received a stock reply. I then listed my problem and just hoped for tech support. Since then I have received no reply. It's been a few weeks since I received a telegram that I can only assume is DOA
