I have had this backpack for a couple of years now and wear it daily. I carry two laptops, plus travel mouse, charging cords for my iPhones, and, of course the electrical cords for my laptops. A book or magazine or two is always thrown in as well, and a couple of protein bars in the side pockets. I have not had any problems with the back pack. The cushioned laptop compartment is still nicely padded and the zippers all work flawlessly. I have gotten it dirty a few times and just threw it in the washer on gentle. It cleaned up beautifully.
