I have fairly small hands and measure small (7 inch circumference) by most size charts but they usually seem to fit best with medium gloves I've tried them on in stores (Specialized, Giro, Bontrager.) so based on customer reviews from Revain (many but not all suggested trying on a size) I decided to order larger (one size larger). stores). That wasn't a good idea for me. I should have ordered medium, maybe even small, but I decided to keep them anyway, at least as a spare glove and maybe kayaking gloves. Used them for an 11 mile car ride today and was happy with the thickness of the gel (on the factory handlebar wrap which isn't too soft), the length and width of the fingers (not compressed, not compressed at the knuckles) and the temperature (the material on the back of the hand is very breathable and my palm didn't sweat in 80 degree weather) and they come off very easily. I had much less pain in my hands than without soft gloves. My only issue (other than size) is that the thumb seam pushes into the space between the thumb and forefinger, and that's really only because my small hands keep me far from the brakes. This irritation can also go away on its own as I use more gloves and get used to it, but I'll probably look for a pair of smaller gloves (maybe even the same type because I really love them).
