Very impressed with these

I bought two sets of 4 bulbs and am very impressed with them. The colors on them are absolutely gorgeous, especially at 100% brightness, and the white light is EXTREMELY bright at 100% and a beautiful mid-spectrum color somewhere between warm incandescent light and that super bluish "daylight" color that so many have LED bulbs. Color options aren't as bright as white, but that's to be expected. If white is too cold for you, you can use color mode and lower the saturation to get any shade of white, but it won't be 100w - more like 40w I think. I actually use this in my bedroom to get a very low, warm, amber glow first thing in the morning. They were very easy to install - I took the advice of another comment here somewhere and made sure to only fit one bulb at a time. Back then, I just grabbed a table lamp from another room and used it to connect each lightbulb to WiFi and give it a name. The Smart Life app is extremely easy to use; The only thing you need to know is that you can't just "auto scan" to find them, you can click the plus sign in the upper right corner and then go to "Add manually" > "Highlight" > "Backlight" need to go (Wifi)". ) (see screenshot). Make sure your phone and lightbulb are fairly close to your Wi-Fi hotspot (mine was about 10 feet away) and that the lightbulb is blinking, and then follow the instructions.Easy peasy.Smart Life also works great with Google Assistant/Google Home.Google understands commands like "Set Dining Room Blue" or "Set Reading Lights Purple" if you name everything correctly in Smart Life and Google For Google to recognize your settings, all you have to do is find and add Smart Life in the Google Home app (if you can't find it, make sure you search with a space for "Smart Life", not SmartLife . ) Note that Google doesn't always automatically import the changes you make to Smart Life, so if you add a new light or rename something, you may need to disconnect and then reconnect your Smart Life account in order for that to happen the changes take effect. Since I bought two smart bulbs from another store just a year ago. Company same price as EIGHT of them, I am very happy with my purchase so far. I have already recommended them to five people. Provided they don't burn out too quickly, 10/10 would buy again.

Pros
  • Easy to Install --- There are 3 steps to start your smart life. Scan the QR code to download the "Smart Life" APP, install the lamp, and use the APP to control the Wi-Fi lamp (no hub needed). Make sure your WiFi is set to 2.4GHz instead of 5GHz when you first install this WiFi lightbulb and that a simple on/off toggle switch is ideal for this smart lightbulb, not a dimmer switch.
Cons
  • Big and bulky
