The monitor worked fine at first, but then it started to flicker frequently. This was a big problem as the monitor would turn off for a few seconds and cause problems during online meetings. I worked with LG and sent the monitor in for service twice. The first time they changed the main monitor board. This still didn't solve the problem. The second time they just ran a diagnostic and sent it back without identifying the problem. It was really disappointing. I've only seen this issue with USB-C. HDMI worked fine. The whole reason I bought this monitor was that USB-C provides a single connection between the monitor and the device for the display, power and any USB devices that plug directly into the monitor. I am disappointed and asked them to refund my money. They asked me to send the monitor again. I hope they fix the problem permanently or refund my money.
