Review on PriorityChef Capacity Stainless Silicone Stackable by Matt White

Decent mixing bowls

I had never owned mixing bowls but chose stainless steel because I felt I could achieve durability without the fragile nature of glass. I also liked the fact that lids were included in case I was making a large batch of something and wanted to store it in the fridge for later use. Although I've only used the smallest 3 bowls and haven't had to use lids yet, everything seems to close very well. The trays stay in place during use and are easy to clean afterwards. I mainly use them to make various cooking sauces with an immersion blender and I will say that the one I've used over and over has a lot of blender scratches on the inside, but that's to be expected. Still, when I touch the surface, the shell doesn't seem to have any nicks, which obviously should be a problem. All in all I would buy again. I think $50 is a bit pricey, but it's not exactly fun and I don't think you will be disappointed with what your money can buy.
