Review on Spectrm by Eric Jenkins

The service was great and the prices are fair. What I liked most about Spectrm was the fact that they help you implement their chat bot in minutes and that they take care of all the tech details so that you don't have to worry about any of those. They also have an app which helps you communicate with your customers easily. It helped us get feedback from customers regarding our products and services. Overall, Spectrm made my job easier and they did a good job with my business! One thing I didn't like about them is that when it comes time to renew the subscription, they automatically increase your pricing without asking you if this is ok or even telling you why. I think they should let users know before they do something like this since some might end up paying more than intended due to these automatic increases. Also, there were times where one of my contacts would go offline and when he came back online his message wouldn't show up until after 24 hours had passed, making him miss important messages.
