Other reviews reported their mirror arrived damaged but not mine. If this had happened I would have ordered a replacement anyway so I took a chance and I will tell you this item is perfect! Installation was easy enough. Simply fold the included template in half, line up the drilled holes, look through the paper, line up and tape in place. Use a nail or something to poke a small hole in the punched paper and follow the instructions. super easy. I love the new style of drywall anchors. Of course, one person can set it up for the final installation step, but having another person certainly helps. The mirror itself is balanced and honestly should have been one a long time ago.
