Good build quality. It's big enough to carry my typical lunch - a sandwich or frozen entree (lean kitchen size), two small ice packs to keep everything cool, a small Greek yogurt and a piece of fruit. I don't think I can fit a coke can in with the other items, but I don't mind. (It fits into skinny kitchen, Coke, and ice bags easily, though.) It's also small enough that I can slip it into a laptop carrying case or small gym bag without crushing it, although it's just as easy to carry it on its own to wear. The Carhartt logo is a plus!
