Nice ankle weights. They do the trick. I find a lot of exercises that I can do with ankle weights. If you are a runner and need to work out your abs, glutes, hips, etc. to keep your entire drive train strong and avoid future injuries, ankle weights are a nice way to add the resistance you might need to make those exercises more effective (donkey kicks, leg lifts, criss-crosses, hammy curls, etc. These are the right weight and are not bulky. They are comfortable to wear and the neoprene like material "sticks" in place so they don't move around. Easy to adjust with velcro straps. They are well made and don't look like they will fall apart or anything. There were a few loose threads to cut off so the manufacturer might want to do that before they ship so they don't look sloppy. Not a big deal though.
