I really like this timer. The brightness of the flash is enough to see in the garage during the day. Since it is powered by a DCell battery, it does not need to be connected to a car battery. Even more convenient for me because my car battery went into the trunk. Just plug it into cylinder #1's connection cable and you're good to go. Another benefit is that it is made in the USA. Worth the purchase price in my opinion.
