Amino acids are good!
Personally, I find this form of the amino acid to be VERY POWERFUL. I ride a road bike and need to build up my endurance as soon as possible (I'm 65 now). One tablet is enough for a trip, although you need two. I say that because I also consume GU Energy gels and they contain 450mg per packet (taken every 45 minutes) so that's enough to keep the bull going for some time. At $12 a bottle I think it's worth it, although I wouldn't pay more. Highly recommended.
