It's easy to use and can be deployed in minutes. It has all the necessary features that you could possibly need. The support team are extremely helpful and always make themselves available should you have any questions or issues with the software. I haven't found anything I dislike about this software at all so far. It has been very successful in helping us to monitor our environments and identify potential problems before they become an issue. We were looking for a way to help us monitor our networks and find problems in our network which would otherwise go unnoticed. This software has done exactly that.
