Review on 💨 Fast and Reliable Transcend 32GB SATA III 6GB/S MTS400S M.2 SSD 400S Solid State Drive by Pete Norris

I installed this in a ThinkPad 25/Retro WWAN slot. It works but seems to interfere with battery management, making the laptop unreliable. This is a very strange problem that is hard to blame on the SSD, but it doesn't happen when the SSD is not in the laptop. I contacted Transcend support to try to figure this out and got complete gibberish in response. Or more specifically, they were words that might make sense if they were even relevant to my question. A completely useless answer that made it clear that the responder either didn't read my question or had no idea what they were talking about. The product may or may not be good (it's definitely expensive - three times more expensive than some alternatives), but the support gets 1 star. I would give zero if I could. [edit add] It was a very long fight but finally it became clear that the problem was with the T25 motherboard. It was replaced and the problem was fixed. I'm giving two stars because the SSD isn't to blame. Not five stars - as the support was terrible.
