Review on PENGUIN COFFEE- Cold Brew Iced Coffee Maker 2.0: Enhanced Glass Pitcher & Stainless Steel Filter for Thicker, Stronger Iced Coffee by Karen Johnson

I have tried other cold brew systems and always found them boring, messy and time consuming. The Penguin Cold Brew System couldn't make it any easier. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Although detailed instructions were included, I still had a few questions. I contacted Penguin Coffee and they not only responded in a timely manner but also answered all my questions and a few others. They gave me some advice and suggestions and really wanted me to be happy with their product. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced! Now for coffee. Not only is this brewing system very attractive, but it also allows you to brew an iced coffee with incredible flavor. I prefer to brew coffee on the table than in the fridge. With the modern, eye-catching style of this carafe, I don't have to worry about placing it on my kitchen counter. Another plus of this product is the filter. The filter is fine mesh but durable and easy to clean. The lower part of the filter can be opened for easy cleaning. So why four stars? My only issue with this product is the glass carafe. I wish it was a little thicker as I fear it will break unnecessarily. That being said, with proper care it shouldn't be a problem, but when your kitchen is anything like mine, accidents happen. Overall I am happy with my purchase and cannot praise the customer service enough. .
