Review on 🌀 Wathai 80mm 12V 2Pin DC Brushless Cooling Case Fan - Efficient Radiator Cooler for Optimal Temperature Control by Jason Connolly

I bought this fan to replace a failed 5V fan in the external drive enclosure, knowing it would need to be upgraded to 12V. The frame didn't fit directly into the case, although it was presumably the same dimensions as the fan it replaced, but I'm not sure which fan was marked as the wrong size. I had to tape the replacement fan to avoid sending it back. This fan is loud! Luckily, the external drive is just a backup, so I only turn it on a couple of times a month. It moves a lot of air so I'm not afraid to weld my hard drive. If this fan was for a desktop PC I would return it due to the noise level.
