I like that it is easy to set up, has many features out of the box (like creating team meetings) so you don't need much setup time when starting using shelfies. The reporting functionality needs some work as well because sometimes reports are not showing all data points for me in my personal view. We use this product at my current job primarily but we also have colleagues who utilize this software outside their day-to-day roles as well which helps us keep track of projects/tasks across different departments.
