I wanted to avoid Pam sprays because they add extra ingredients and are constantly under pressure. This atomizer is specially designed for oil (but can also be used for other things like water or vinegar). I have used it several times and I am very satisfied with its effect. It comes with a tiny oil filler funnel which can be a little tricky if you fill it up too quickly and it overflows. With practice, I could pour olive oil into a container and drizzle over cast-iron skillets and fried potatoes. I'm very happy with how it works. I highly recommend it.
