Great for Truckers, and actually sticks to window.

I use this for my semi and personal vehicle. My concern initialy was the suction ability, as you can picture, semis' windshield are almost a direct vertical, so the problem I always have with other dash cams is when the windshield gets too cold, the suction cup cant hold at all; in reverse, when you have the defroster on because of snow, it gets too hot and again the suction cup cant hold and it falls. THIS Vanture X4S has a fantastic twist suction cup and it has not fallen a single time so far. I have only had it a few months so I cant affirm the quality in terms of longevity. I do not recall if it has an app or not as I do not intend on using it as such. I just pull the memory card out and put it in my laptop to pull vids, therefore I cannot affirm the app if such exists. With that said, One thing that threw me off was this dash cam actually has 2 power plug ins (both usb-c). It actually can plug into the suction cup twist "notch" or direct on top of the dash camera. I initially didnt notice this at first and due to that I bought an L shaped usb-c cord as I didnt feel comfortable about the cord "hanging" at the top of the device and over time bending the power port. In addition based on my personal Semi setup, the cord that came with it was too short. (I have a 2022 freightliner and a 2016 ram 1500, cord was too short based on my setup in either vehicle.) however, using the notch at the suction cup, I would have felt comfortable using that without any problems though likely still too short. just food for thought on the cord.
